Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we provide guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your item on time and as described.

Everyone who shops on wishlist4less receives the following guarantees:

  • Full Refund if you don’t receive your order. (Please allow 60 days before requesting)
    You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within the delivery time promised by our webstore.
  • Full or Partial Refund if the item is not as described. (Must contact us within 10 days of receiving the item)  
    If your item is significantly different from the product description, you can A: Return it and get a full refund (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.), or B: Get a partial refund and keep the item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
    1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
    2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of our webstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You can submit refund requests by sending a email to info@mywishlistforless@att.net Please do not send items back to our warehouse in china. Contact us for directions of return.

For Standard Shipping to the United States and Canada, please allow between 14  to 20 days for delivery (not including processing time, customs, or mail carrier delays), 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For International shipping, please allow between 20 to 40 days (not including processing time, customs, or mail carrier delays).  

For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive your items in separate deliveries, on different days. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. We do this to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After payment has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.  

PROCESSING TIME

Once your order has been received, please allow approx. 1 - 7  business days for processing before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your delivery information and tracking number if available.

If you require a change to your order, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.

**Once your order has been processed or shipped no further changes can be made to your order details (ex: size, color, qty, address changes). Please ensure you order the correct items/sizes/colors etc at time of purchase. Refunds cannot be granted due to incorrect size, color, qty, or wrong address. **
